xFi Complete order question
I ordered xFi Complete four days ago but have received no update aside from initial order confirmation. I thought it would be shipped to me, though while ordering I wasn't given the option to have it shipped or to pick it up at the store. Do I have to go the store since I need to return/exchange my old gateway? Please advise.

Hi there, @user_1ijgox Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us on this forum! I do apologize, by having the xFi Complete does not automatically send you out a modem. You can go to the local Xfinity Store to have your modem swapped out.-Richard
