S34 Arris modem proper provisioning for Next Gen upload speeds (OFDMA)

Hello,

I had a tech out today to diagnose an issue with my upload speed (only getting 85 Mbps up, down is around 800-900 Mbps). I recently upgraded to (1100/300) and upgraded my customer owned modem to the Arris S34 (Next gen approved by Xfinity - https://assets.xfinity.com/assets/dotcom/projects/cix-4997_compatible-devices/2024.08.14%20Full%20List%20of%20Compatible%20Devices.pdf).

The tech removed a filter on my line and ran some tests and determined that my tap / amp was not updated to accept OFDMA upload speeds. He dispatched a ground crew maintenance truck to come and check things out. The ground crew arrived very quickly and went from tap to tap and changed some things (assuming). Not sure since he did not stop by to tell me the outcome. A few minutes after he left, I got a text that the maintenance was complete. I rebooted my modem but still I am not getting a lock on upstream OFDMA. Channel 41 appears shortly after boot in the status page but quickly disappears when upable to lock. The event log is updated with Critical T3 errors and others regarding 6 dB from the top of the Dynamic Range Window (RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW).

My issue seems similar to other's that have had with this modem whereby the fix was Xfinity customer support added a "Special Boot file code" was added to the account. See: https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/comments/1fkay76/arris_s34_is_finally_working_for_nextgen_fast/

Please, if someone knows how to resolve the boot file or has other ideas, please help! Thanks!

UPDATE. so the maintenance crew came back today and upgraded the tap and amp to newer hardware. It seems that our tap was never upgraded during the recent upgrades to the area. Now getting 287 Mbps upload! Thrilled that they took care of this so quickly.
