Comcast mail loading very slow on iPad and iPhone

XB8 - Missing Upstream Channel Stats
The XB8's status page under under Gateway > Connection > XFINITY Network is missing upstream channel information. It was there until the device rebooted about 4 days ago. Looks like there was some kind of firmware update applied. Is this a bug with the firmware? The XB8 is configured in bridge mode.
