How can I export a copy of a folder in my Xfinity email account to one of my email accounts in Outlook? It was in Outlook yesterday, but it's missing today in Outlook. However, I did find that folder in the same email account in Xfinity, through which all 6 of my emails are synced. So, I need to export a copy of that folder back to the same email account in Outlook.

Hello, @user_pn6b7x To export a copy of a folder from your Xfinity email account to a third-party email account, you need to first visit the export page at export.xfinity.com. However, note that Xfinity does not offer direct email forwarding to another provider. You can export your email data, but you will not be able to use your Comcast.net email address with a different provider. Ensure you have accepted the Yahoo terms if you are moving to Yahoo Mail, as this will allow you to keep your current email address.

Are you having problems accessing that website?  Have you been using a third party email app?  We need a bit more information in order to help you.
