Internet Data Usage not updating

When I replaced my modem last month my internet data usage stopped working. I was on with a live Xfinity Assistant last night and they assured me that my new modem was activated and provisioned correctly, yet today nothing has changed with my internet data usage. Other than this everything works fine; I'm getting my plan download and upload speeds. I would just like to know what my internet data usage is.

@ChiefTW  We can check. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

My internet data usage is working once again. Adding my new modem to the billing system seems to have worked.
