no signal XG1v4-A cable box error code: RDK03009

I received a new cable box, XG1v4-A and keep getting an RDK03009 error code - No Signal.

I have restarted the box numerous times and swapped out the cables but still no signal.

I plug in the original box and everything works.

Does anyone know what is going on or have a suggestion?

FYI, it was a defective cable box.

I replaced the box and all is working.

Have you tried restarting the box to see if that helps by unplugging it and then plugging it back in?
