HATE it! Can barely SEE it when I pause, fast forward or rewind. Why did they DO this?? It's infuriating. My vision is fine but i can BARELY see those 2 tiny yellow dots against the yellow or blue of the progress bar! Is there any way to get it back to the solid bar the way that it used to be?.

Bad sound on all channels and all tvs
Terrible sound quality on all tvs. Sound glitches and cuts in and out all of the time. Bad automated troubleshooting has no effect on issue. Reboot of cable boxes has no effect. I pay way too much money to do my own troubleshooting. Unacceptable customer service.
