Disable Network isolation

Attempting to set up a new sound bar.  Have been told by Sonos that I need to verify that network isolation is disabled on the router.  Where do I find this setting?

Hello @user_72a5dc, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on our community forums. Do you own a third-party router or use one of our rental wireless gateways? We do not support configurable AP isolation, this can only be achieved with a third-party router.

What is the make and model of your soundbar?

The sound bar are is a Sonos and the router is XBR from Comcast.  Sonos had suggested the disabling of network isolation, but somehow the problem has fixed itself(had been disconnecting from their app).  Good to know that I wasn’t crazy that you didn’t have a network isolation option. Hopefully it continues to work.

AP isolation is usually under the wireless settings themselves, and is likely named Access Point Isolation or AP Isolation.
