Bestisan soundbar

I would like to inquire about a time frame when Xfinity launch of an update for soundbar remote codes?

Such as for Bestisan soundbar which is listed but, no compatible code as of 10/2022.   Paying too high of a premium to be waiting for a long period of time.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble pairing your Xfinity remote to your third-party sound bar. I appreciate your reply to the situation, but I have done all the necessary steps to access pairing code.  The only one have not done is the remote search on the actual X-11 remote.  I know it has the capability to do so, but I don't recall the steps or search code mode to attempt to resolve the issue that way.  Bestisan soundbar code is available through Amazon Firestick TV, which I to remotely cut on/off the TV and soundbar combo.   This is issue Xfinity not updating soundbar remote codes to be compatible.

@Tontiger65, thank you for letting us know all you have tried to pair your remote to your soundbar. Can you please try the following steps to see if this works?
  1. Make your Soundbar the Default Output Receiver.
  2. Press the 'Setup' Button on Your Remote.
  3. Wait for the LED Light to Turn Green.
  4. Enter Soundbar Manufacturer's Code.
  5. Wait for LED Light to Flash Green Twice.
  6. Test the Remote Works.

normally the TV controls the soundbar's volume (ARC/eARC). how is your soundbar connected?

The current connection is via optical through the TV with HDIM from the Xfinity box.

does your TV's HDMI ports include one that says ARC or eARC? does the sound bar have an ARC/eARC HDMI connector?
