Hi, there! Thanks for reaching out to Comcast over our forums page for help with the remote concern. You have reached the perfect place for help as we understand how important it is to conveniently control multiple devices. Can you provide me with the make and model of your remote control which can usually be located on the back or under the battery cover? Here is also a great digital option for seamlessly [programming your remote](https://www.xfinity.com/support/remotes/?linkId=112195893) online. Please let me know if this helps.
Thank you so much for that information! Did you try using any of those links provided to see if you were able to get your remote paired? Are you still running into the same issue with the code?
I'm sorry to hear the codes you have used thus far are not working, if they continue to not work CCAndrew is correct, certain soundbars are not compatible with pairing to our remotes. We do apologize for any inconvenience or frustration caused by this, but please be sure to let us know if we can be of any other assistance, we're here to help.

@Dmm3 I apologize for any frustration this has caused you. What part of your question do you need clarification on? As we mentioned, there is not a specific code for your Pheanoo Sound bar. To program it, you would do the following:
Press and hold setup, LED goes from red to green, press 992 and channel up until the sound bar turns off, if/when it does press and hold setup to lock the code it.
If it doesn't turn off, that would tell us your sound bar is not compatible with our remote and you'd need to use the remote it came with.
