Xfinity flex doesnt produce sound through sound bar

I can’t hear any sound from my sound bar when using xfinity flex and when I pair it with bluetooth the sound seems to lag a few seconds behind. Is there a way to fix this?

I had trouble with my home theater sound, even with a new receiver, until I switched from Dolby to Stereo in the advanced sound options in the Settings menu. You may not have that same issue, but it's worth checking. The minute the tech switched to Stereo, all the speakers went on, including the subwoofer.
