Bad sound on all channels and all tvs

Terrible sound quality on all tvs. Sound glitches and cuts in and out all of the time. Bad automated troubleshooting has no effect on issue. Reboot of cable boxes has no effect. 
I pay way too much money to do my own troubleshooting. Unacceptable customer service.

Thank you for your reply, @user_e9dc12! I apologize for any confusion we may have caused. Since we received your post a couple of days after you shared these service concerns, we were simply wanting to know if you still needed our help. It sounds like you do, so don't worry! Our Digital Care Team is here to help however we can :) To clarify, the troubleshooting you've attempted so far includes sending reset signals from the Xfinity App and manually power cycling the TV Boxes, correct? When did these audio issues start? And has it affected all TV Boxes from the beginning?

I spent all of that time to troubleshoot and make an appointment only to have xfinity say that it was their fault. And when I posted about the trouble, I get a question about what is happening and what was done AND get asked to approve the “answer “. There is a record but none of their chat bot agents seem to able to access it
xfinity lies and deflects. A perfect example is “10 G”. There is no such thing. I’ve been a customer for 26 years and service has gotten consistently worse every year.
