I was notified on my bill in December 2023 that the discount for autopay by credit card was going to be reduced to $5. I was not aware that there was a discount for autopay. Brand new account. No router receives internet from modem.

Hello. New Xfinity customer here. I purchased a brand new Motorola MB8611 to use with my newer TP-Link Deco mesh system. I also have a TP-Link Archer AX50 as backup. My previous setup was CenturyLink Modem > AX50 > Deco, where the Deco was still in router mode and not access point. Everything worked

Ethernet port question

I have a new wireless gateway model TG4482A. Port 4 is marked with a red stripe and any device I connect to it shows as orange - amber light, which usually means a slower connection. Anyone knows is this a special port? And should I plug anything into it? Thanks

xfinity app on firestick shuts off

I have been using the Xfinity app on my fire stick since last July and it's worked great until the last few weeks. Lately it automatically shuts off after a certain amount of time. Unplug & replug hdmi every time to work

Everytime I press power on remote to turn on TV Shows I get a blank slightly lit screen. I must fully unplug and replug HDMI cable at box to see a picture. Then it works all day until next day.
