Tree Branch Took Down the Internet Line to my House
Hello, my area got hit by that big storm that struck MA and other East coast states a few days ago. We just got our power restored last night. During the storm, the high winds knocked a huge branch off a tree in front of my house, and that branch snapped the wire between the street and my house for my internet. The status center shows they know my service is out, since there's no way to reach my router or TV box, of course. And the outage map shows 2500+ other customers in my zip code are also without internet, although I don't know how many of those are also still without power, versus having power and a damaged internet line, as in my case.
Do I just wait until the repair folk get to me on their schedule? How long will that take?
Or, am I supposed to call up or something to say I'm specifically dealing with a downed line that needs repair work?
Thank you.

@user_eba8c8 Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out. I am sorry to hear you are having issue with your services after a storm. If you can see that a line is down, I can open a request for that line to be repaired.
