Internet upload speed
I changed to the gigx2 plan which should provide up to 200 MBps. My old plan was the Gig Extra and limited to 35 MBps. Using xfinity's speed test I still show 35 MBps. I've rebooted my modem a handful of times and called support twice with no avil. Any advise on how to resolve this issue?

Can't send email from outlook
Starting a couple days ago, Outlook stopped sending emails for my comcast.net account. I can still receive emails. I can also ping the port at smtp.comcast.net:465. It seems my attempt to connect to the port is being rejected by the server. Password is correct (am receiving emails).
