Returning old equipment can't find remote

I'm returning equipment and cant find one remote. Will I be charged? Even though replacements are free?

I have 3 of the old small black boxes and would like to replace the three with one newer model. We live over 60 Miles from the nearest store. Can I send these back to you and have you sent me the new box? Thanks (Edited: Personal Information, please see Forums guidelines.)

Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums @anna124211. Our team would be happy to take a look at your cable boxes and provide you an upgrade. We can get them shipped out to you. Returning the old equipment is easy using UPS. They will scan, box, and ship the equipment back to us (free of charge). 

 

Moving forward, if you are having troubles and need support, please create a new post detailing your issue so that the community and our support representatives can assist. The best communities have most conversations happening in the public boards. When you start a thread we ask you post as much detail as possible along with the troubleshooting steps you have tried.

 

Let's get you those new cable boxes. Can you send us a private message with your full name, name of account holder (if different) and service address? Thank you for reaching back out, @anna124211. After you click the "chat icon", you should see this icon on the left side of the screen in the new window. 

 

 

Once you click this icon (note pad and pen), you will just type in "Xfinity Support". We will be on standby.
