No "all episodes" recording option after program guide name change
A program that recently changed names on your guide does not give an "all episodes" option when creating a recording. CBS News Mornings was formerly CBS Morning News which did properly provide that option.

If I get rid of TV package, keep internet only, THEN use Xfinity Stream app, what CHANNELS do I get on that app?
So I would be cancelling TV package, returning my X1 box and my remote box for the bedroom...I would rely solely on the Xfinity Streaming app and I would be paying only for internet and the equipment I rent. What channels do you get?

@CCAlicia I'm getting a similar error re: in-home wi-fi when I try to get CBS on the xfinity stream app on an IPhone or PC. CBS works fine on TVs with boxes. CBS app also works OK, but what a pain. How do I know if I am connected to the in-home wifi
CBS steaming app not working with Xfinity stream
I enter Xfinity as my cable provider with my username and pw, it recognizes it and says I'm ready to stream. Then when I attempt to watch a live show I get an error message stating that my TV provider is not currently supported. Have tried removing and reinstalling the CBS app to no avail.

Cbs not working on Xfinity stream app
I click on cbs, local affiliate, and it says I need to subscribe to get the channel. I have the ultimate TV package and all my other local affiliate channels work just fine.

Xfinity DVR will not record anything on CBS
All this week, the DVR will not record anything on CBS. On the guide it shows the red dots at the program, but it doesn't actually record them. It won't even record the current program. Video and audio dropouts while watching Jeopardy!
Anyone else notice this? While watching Jeopardy! on channel 3, WWMTD from Kalamazoo MI (channel 3, CBS), there are audio and video dropouts. Been happening the last several months. Almost every time we watch it there are noticeable audio skips. Sometimes the video will go blank for several seconds.

As of 2 days ago DVR stopped recording scheduled shows. I saw 2 other form pages with similar issues from November and January. My issue is broadcast TV channels seem to record. All others channels will not record I have the red circle with the/through it. None will not record. Help please.
