Stream App volume fluctuations  (low to really loud)

I just encountered error code TVAPP-00148 on the Xfinity Stream app on my Samsung TV. Worked fine for prior 6 months. App streams fine on other devices and tvs. Tried turning off/on tv and deleting/installing app on Samsung tv.

No Forum notifications for "replies"

I'm not receiving notifications for "replies" to threads I subscribe to. I get them when "comments" are posted, but not for "replies". The result is that, when a "reply" is posted I have no way of knowing about it unless I pull up the thread manually. I have never received a single "reply" notificat

How to disable "Featured" and "Recent" folders that appear at bottom of TV screen

Every time I turn on the TV I get a notification at the bottom of the TV screen showing me "Featured" and "Recent" folders. This notification lingers for a while and eventually disappears. I press the "Exit" bottom on my remote but that doesn't work.  How can I make this not show up every time

2 lines unlimited for 30 each = $80?

I upgraded to the 4th generation plan that is 2 lines unlimited for 30 each. When I go to my current cycle it says Unlimited (2 lines) $80.00. I was told that it would be $60. Now I have been on the phone for 2 hours and no one knows what to do. Anyone here that could help?

can't remove a series recording because no show information available

Previously set a series recording for a show. Now, the show has been removed from Comcast ("Information for this program isn't available right now").  Therefore can't modify (cancel) recordings.  Anyone know a workaround to remove this series from the Series Priority recording list?
