No Forum notifications for "replies"

I'm not receiving notifications for "replies" to threads I subscribe to. I get them when "comments" are posted, but not for "replies". The result is that, when a "reply" is posted I have no way of knowing about it unless I pull up the thread manually. I have never received a single "reply" notificat

Internet upload speed

I changed to the gigx2 plan which should provide up to 200 MBps. My old plan was the Gig Extra and limited to 35 MBps. Using xfinity's speed test I still show 35 MBps. I've rebooted my modem a handful of times and called support twice with no avil. Any advise on how to resolve this issue?

I have been reading lots of posts/complaints about error XRE-03137 with trouble connecting. It has been happening several times a night to me trying to watch a game. 5 to 6 times screen going black missing 10 to 15 minutes of the game easily.
