Router Access Credentials Not Working

Trying to access my router using 10.0.0.1. I enter the user name XFSETUP-2402 and the password printed on the modem and when I click enter it tells me Incorrect User Name. Tried many times and the information I enter matches what is on the modem. My Xfinity was installed 2 weeks ago.

I've been having this problem the last few months as well. Same as described by the posts above and we even noticed that when we fast forward on our recordings the auto stop doesn't work.  We have to manual fast forward almost a minute after it
