Hey there @joegeri Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach us here at Xfinity on Forums! I'm sorry that you are having trouble connecting your speakers. Are you trying to connect them using the Wi-Fi or having issues connecting them via Bluetooth?

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related. Thread moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to the Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I am trying to connect “BOTH” of the Frequency 2.0 Bluetooth Speakers to my TV “ , both at the SAME time to accomplish….

”True wireless stereo”  as per page 6  as described in the booklet included with the Speakers….

The instructions are very confusing to say the least !!!

Looking for someone who could decipher these terrible instructions…

Put them in a logical step by step format..& possible post them ??

or e-mail them to me ??

Thank you

@joegeri. I want to confirm as I am not clear. Do you mean you're having trouble using our internet or you're having issues connecting your Bluetooth to your X1/Flex box?

Let me try to explain my question regarding the Frequency 2.0 Bluetooth Speaker. Let me first say I have 2 of the speakers. On page 06 of the manual that was included with the speakers it mentions “.True Wireless Stereo “ function. The instructions to get this too work are “Very Poorly “ written. Looking for a clarification of these instructions.

Thank You

Gotcha! Thanks for the update. Our team does not have the manual available to refer to for the speakers. However, you can connect one to your X1 boxes and another to your TV to achieve the desired results.
