What are the button controls in the remote for Netflix and other apps like Peacock ?

I can see that have full control in my computer with a mouse when playing Netflix, Peacock, YouTube and other apps installed in my Xfinity X1. But when I access these apps in my TV, I have to struggle with my remote to find what buttons control the app. I am especailly frustated to return to the prior screen. Is there a manual somewhere?
