Xumo

I used Xumo at home with Ethernet input and with Wi-Fi and it works well. I tried to use it in a classroom with Xfinity Ethernet input and it would not work. It just displayed some numbers then blank screen. It there something in Xumo that connects it to my modem?

Thank you for your clarification, I suspected as much. Is there a way that I can purchase another one and use it exclusively in the classroom, with my Concast account? I need to show some material that has a charge, like from Amazon Prime and it need

Pairing a XR11 v3-VTV remote to a PX013ANM DVR

I am more comfortable to use the old remote XR11 than the new XR15v2-UQ remote. I just installed the new PX013ANM DVR. I tried all types of paring, voice, hold A and B at the same time etc. The XR11 is paired to the the Sony TV, volume, mute, on/off but not with the DVR. Suggestions please.

Thank you, but at first a 3 digit code appears and entering it does seem to do anything. I tried again and after a while it took me to the the regular set up that asks for a 6 digit code. Now it works. Thank you again.

Thank you, but the process stops after it gives me the 3 digit code to enter and I cannot enter them.
