MB8611 Downstream Channel Error
I upgraded my internet speed to 1200MB and my modem to a Motorola MB8611. My average actual speeds have decreased 100-200 MB/s. The downstream light on the modem is blinking blue which the manual indicates means it's negotiating bonded channels though the interface shows 32 bonded channels. I check

Hey @user_4740fb. Please reach out us as well, this sounds like there is a User ID issue. An account refresh or making sure the User ID is properly connected should fix the issue. Both fixes have to be done by us on the backend.
