Having issues connecting my devices

I keep restarting the gateway and it's still not connecting to devices

Hello @user_9b4ea3! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us on Forums. I am sorry to hear you're running into issues with connecting devices to your gateway. My team is here to help. 

 

To confirm, did you perform a manual reboot on the modem? Unplug the power cable from the back of the modem, wait 10-15 secs, plug the power cable back in, and allow 10 mins or less for the modem to reboot.
