The 12433 code worked with my amazon 43" Omni tv when changing the channel and audio. The 991 code worked only for changing the channel, not audio.

Poor TV picture quality
TV picture distorts and pixilates and sound cuts out. It does it on Game Show Network and Hallmark Channel and several others. I have gone through all the procedures that Xfinity instructs me too on the self-help. It seems to impossible to actually talk to a live person about this.

I don't understand why I am told it's my fault for being provided and shown a 2022 tv plan when a Xfinity employee gave me the channel line-up. How is it my fault? I trusted the employee had a current channel line-up. What they gave me was 11 months

Opps, I forgot it does give me an error after a bit of waiting. So I just returned home from work 3:50 PM. The tv has not been on since 9:45 PM last night. Turned it, channel came up and I went to live tv guide, came right up and decided on channel.

Adding TV after seasonal internet
I currently have my internet on seasonal hold. That ends next week and I want to add TV. Everytime I attempt to add TV it gives me 4 addresses to select from. Bottomline it that I cannot add TV online. Cannot find a contact number to get assistance, so thought I would try here for suggestions.
