Cant watch tv in hd anymore all of a sudden??
All of a sudden last night I can no longer watch anything in HD? I've hd for over a decade and it worked fine until i noticed it last night. Anytime I try and turn it to a hd channel i get a block box popped up saying "You'll need to subscribe to HD" with the option to select "watch in SD" on channel whatever. i was literally just watching it yesterday. It still works in HD when i play it through my computer but none of my 3 boxes. I first ran a diagnostic check on my phone via the app nothing showing as bad. I opened my browser on my computer and went to the Xfinity website and accessed my account and ran a full system refresh with the 10-20 min popup. But im still having the same problem. My tv package literally said HD in it i just checked but somehow i got switched off?? i dont get it very frustrating on my weekend off. I tried to get customer service to call me as well but havent heard a thing...it said it would be 1 min.

I received a call from customer service just after i posted this and they said it is a known problem. So fingers crossed it gets solved sooner rather than later.
