MeTV Toons is a BROADCAST network carried by a LOCAL TV station. Comcast cannot add it directly. IF a local station will be carrying it, then it depends on the retransmission agreement with that station. If it's replacing an existing network on a channel Comcast already carries, then it will probably be carried by Comcast. It may take a few days for the guide data and channel name to update. If it's a new channel (for example, here in Chicago, it's a new broadcast 26.7), then it will be up the station and Comcast to come to an agreement to add it. Be aware that many TV station owners are EXTREMELY GREEDY and ask for exorbitant amounts of money to carry channels. Why do you think your Broadcast TV Fee is ever increasing?
This is a list of the currently known stations that will be carrying MeTV Toons. Many already have started, as there is a promo loop running.

If you don't see a channel in your area, you need to ask the broadcasters in your area to add it to their channels. That is the only way Xfinity will be able to include it.
Use the ZIP code finder in the previous post. For Portland/Vancouver, it is only available with an antenna.
It should be noted that MeTV Toons, and in fact all MeTV channels, and other Weigel networks like H&I are available nationwide on the streaming services Frndly and Philo. They also carry many other networks.
Frndly starts at $7, but that is SD and no DVR. The $8 with 2 HD and 3 month unlimited DVR is a no-brainer upgrade.
Philo is $28, but has many more networks, and a 1 year DVR. It also has free AMC+ subscription for new users, or existing users who update to the new pricing. Philo has always grandfathered in pricing, and some early users may still be paying $16.
Our content teams are constantly working to bring you the best and widest variety of programming possible. In some cases, certain factors such as licensing or contract agreements prevent us from carrying particular television episodes, series, or even channels.
