Remote pairing with Westinghouse TV

I have a new model WD19H1108 Westinghouse TV.  I have tried every pairing number shown in the Westinghouse list. I have tried 9-9-1 which does not work either. The channel up/down works but volume and on/off do not work.

It wouldn’t work, you were given a way to pair your remote to a receiver, not a tv. Either there’s no code or you’re not doing it right. Also try White Westinghouse codes.
