Trying to downgrade from 200mbps with TV but only 50mbps package is showing available for internet only

I know Comcast wants to make it impossible to downgrade anything without jumping through hoops but this is ridiculous. I'm not even being offered higher cost options for internet-only. Mail down again, at least Chicago area?

Having problems accessing my mail this morning. The web interface just pops up a message about the mail server not being accessible. Thunderbird just gives errors about not being able to send the password. Any idea what is going on? I hope this just a temporary glitch, again.

Ordered home install and guy said Comcast service guy would do outside service

I’m confused as it a new install and there is nothing to connect to in the home. I.e coaxial cable.  Phone order guy said all we’d need is outside install.  Doesn’t make sense to me. Anyone have any info.  Hard to find on internets. thanks for your time.
