ANSWERED: How to access the Xfinity app

Whether you're new to Xfinity or a long-time customer, the Xfinity app makes it simple to manage your services, stay connected, and get support — anytime, anywhere.


With the Xfinity app, you can:

  • Get 24/7 real-time support for quick troubleshooting.
  • Check for outages and get instant updates.
  • Pay your bill and manage payment options.
  • View your plan details and make changes anytime.
  • Activate and manage devices with just a few taps.


Get started

To get started, download the free Xfinity app. All Xfinity customers can use the Xfinity app, except those with Xfinity Prepaid Internet.

Works with:

  • Apple (iOS 17.2 or later) 
  • Android (12.0 or later)


Available features may vary depending on your service type, user role, modem or gateway, and bridge mode settings. 


Doesn’t work on Windows and Amazon phones.


Manage Xfinity Services


Manage your Xfinity services easily with the Xfinity app. Each tab helps you quickly access what you need. Access to some features may vary based on your role: Primary, Manager, Member, Viewer, or Guest Mode.

If you have an Xfinity Mobile line, you can now access the Xfinity app without signing in. Your phone’s SIM card will let the app know who you are, so you can see some basic information about your line and any device linked to it.

*Guest Mode (Xfinity app)


If you have an Xfinity Mobile line, you can now access the Xfinity app without signing in. Your phone’s SIM card will let the app know who you are, so you can see some basic information about your line and any device linked to it. It can take up to 10 minutes after activation for this to be available. To get the full app experience, sign in with an Xfinity ID.


If you're an Xfinity Mobile customer trying to use Guest Mode and having trouble accessing the Xfinity app, it could be because your phone has multiple SIM cards. To fix it:

  • Make Xfinity Mobile your main SIM, or:
  • Sign in with an Xfinity ID.
