As you stated in your other post, you need that MoCA POE filter to be installed on the input port of the first splitter off of the coax cable drop from the street to keep the MoCA signal in your premises and to keep the neighbor's signals out. Amazon

MoCA security flaw ?

I've had 15-20 connections showing up on my router and my movies are stalling. After reading about MoCA, I wanted to disable it, but of course, I forgot (doh ) my admin password for the gateway. After a bit of fooling around with it, I decided to do a router reset. When I logged into 10.0.0.1 with t

MOCA band used by Set Top Box equipment.

I have a MoCA LAN that is sharing coax with my set top boxes. I noticed that sometimes my remote STB hangs after a reboot or firmware update. XB7 cannot run Pods and MOCA

TL; DR Comcast XB7 (Technicolor CGM4331COM 2.0) cannot simultaneously support xFi Pods (single gigE model) and MOCA (Actiontec ECB6200). The MOCA link drops anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes and the Pods frequently re-mesh. Unplug either all the Pods or all the MOCA transceivers and all e

Let's say just put it in a different room and then both Coax cables have a signal. Or do I need to buy 2? One to connect to the modem
