Xfinity keeps Pausing devices marking it as “down time”

Apparently this issue has NOT been resolved as here it is MONTHS later and it is still happening. This just started in my household on 12/28/2023 @ 12:17 AM. If Xfinity doesn’t figure it out; they are going to lose a lot of customers.

Try disabling MoCA on your Xfinity gateway.  You may end up disabling your neighbor's MoCA on their gateway, so you might have to do it more than once or twice in an apartment situation and have your devices connect to your own gateway, instead of theirs.  You have Xfinity security problems.
