Court TV gone?
As of June 2025 my court tv channel is gone. The Xfinity guide displays it as court tv but when you go to it, it’s broadcasting some old TV shows from the ION channel. One of the best channels to watch live court coverage now gone. May be time to pull the plug.

Dishonest rep changed my package
A dishonest xfinity rep changed my plan to save me 14/mo (even though i wasn’t asking for it) during a modem troubleshooting call. It turns out the x1 plan i had was a legacy plan, and lost a bumch of channels. I had to pay more to get the same stuff i had a day before. Happen to anyone else

Cost of internet access from cruise ship in Europe

Near as I can tell I have the proper plan, certified modem, and live in a next Gen network location. However my upload is still only 40Mbps which is the same as my last modem. It's a far cry from the advertised 150Mbps upload. What am I doing wrong?

Xfinity App does not Show the correct Gateway
The Xfinity app does not show our new Xb8 Gateway. It shows a default router that we have never used or owned. Also, there are multiple devices connected to WiFi that do not show as connected devices in the app.
