Cost of internet access from cruise ship in Europe
So, Xfinity has a Global Travel Package for $10 a day, but they specify it will not work on a cruise ship or airplane. They indicate you can use Xfinity onboard but I cannot find the rate for this anywhere.
I've yet to be able to reach a live agent, just endless loops on the automated system. Tried chatting with an agent who just looked up my current bill and offered to up sell my plan with an Apple Watch.
The customer service was pretty spotty years ago, then improved quite a bit and now it seems has hit a new low.

Hi there, @Mr_Mike! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear about the poor experience with chat, that is definitely not what we want for you! I can certainly help with this question! That is correct that the Global Travel Pass does not work on cruise ships or airplanes. You can however, use Global Travel Pass abroad!
From our FAQ located here:
Global Travel Pass is $10 per day per line in over 170 covered countries or $5 per day per line in Mexico and Canada only.
