600 down, Coda56 modem, only 40 up??

Near as I can tell I have the proper plan, certified modem, and live in a next Gen network location. However my upload is still only 40Mbps which is the same as my last modem.

It's a far cry from the advertised 150Mbps upload. What am I doing wrong?
