At&T cut my internet and now I have no service

Contractors cut my internet line and now there is no appointments until Saturday. I tried to get on waitlist with no luck. I need this escalated since I work from home. This wasn't my fault and AT&T States that I need to call Xfinity to fix. I  believe this should be a priority. Please help if you can thank you.

user_oivl0z Thank you so much for stopping in for help with AT&T cutting your line. I understand how important your home connection is, especially for folks who rely on their connection for work or school. Since you are without services, we would have to use the normal tech appointment process with a wait list for sooner appointments to get your services restored. I would be happy to see if any sooner appointments outside of your wait list time are available, but that would depend on if other customers have canceled their appointments since yours was set up. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.

Also, don't forget you may have one of our Hotspots available to use while waiting for your appointment as well.
