Significant packet loss between two Comcast routers

I'm seeing significant packet loss (up to 20%) on certain connections. I think I've isolated the problem to the link between two specific Comcast network devices, but I'd appreciate if a Comcast employee would check over my conclusion. This is a traceroute from one of my hosts to 8.8.8.8:

I had recently added on a secondary ip address to my residential Xfinity Internet account for an additional $4.95 a month. Billed after cancellation

I cancelled my account over the phone on 11/22/2021 and received an email confirmation of the service being terminated on 11/23/2021. Today I just received a bill for next month's payment and I checked my plan on the website to see if it actually got cancelled and it looks like it hasn't been cancel

Xfinity Steam on Samsung TV not working

I am using the Beta app via my Samsung TV and it stopped working two days ago. Just shows a black screen when I launch it.  Removed power from the TV several times to reset it. Anyone else having this issue?  Thx! -Mark

Can't install or Download Google Play apps

Having issues downloading or updating my apps on XFINITY Internet services. I ran through different troubleshooting steps, and checking different internet wifi services and it's isolated to my xfinity internet services. Had different android phones to test with and still have the same issue.
