Mid-split availability after network upgrade downtime

When should the enhanced speeds from the mid-split upgrade be available at my address? I had downtime for network upgrades about 2 weeks ago and the plans at https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels show upgraded speeds (>100Mbps) but I don't see the increased speeds when directly connected to my modem using ethernet and using the xfinity speedtest (https://speedtest.xfinity.com/).

Hello user_6fmr98 , thank you for reaching out regarding our enhanced speed upgrades. While you may not see the enhanced speeds immediately after initial downtime to work on the lines you should receive an email notification when you address goes live. You can also visit https://www.xfinity.com/network to stay informed and request updates for your account when it goes live. Our goal is to upgrade the entire network this year.

Gotcha, is there any way for you to check if my address is live? The broadband label for my plan does say

Typical upload speed
169.62 Mbps
And I'm able to order the Gigabit x2 plan. Does that mean the higher upload speeds should be live for my address?

Thanks for the info. I have an XB7 and a Connect plan. When I look at the broadband label it does say

Typical upload speed
169.62 Mbps
so it seems I should be able to get the higher upload speeds?

You can certainly run a Xfinity Speed Test to see what upload speed you are testing at. I can certainly check what your account is showing on our end. To do so please send a direct message with your full name and the address, and we can take a look.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
