Account support for student plan

The xfinity plan my roommates and I currently use is $50/month for two full years. As part of the plan, there are no early termination fees, and we were also supposed to received $300 back. We have not received the $300 back yet and it's been several months already. What should we do about this? We are getting very annoyed now.

Thank you for reaching out here @vedikapathak. Normally those gift cards are sent out after 90-days of continuous service. Have you checked the https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track site to see where you are at with that qualification?

@vedikapathak if you access that link you should be able to put in the account number and check the status of any gift card.

Okay I was able to check the status and retrieve my card. Is there any way to add the card to my apple wallet?

@vedikapathak I am glad you were able to check that status. If you contact the number on that site, you would be able to see if you are able to add that to your Apple wallet.

I was able to add the card to my Wallet. I have one more question. How do I transfer the funds to my bank account before the card expires?
