Removing TV Services to Lower Monthly Bill

I would like to know what my monthly bill will be if I remove my TV service and return the TV set-top box. I would like to keep my Xfinity Internet service and the VoIP phone service that I currently have.  Thanks.

Hello, @user_04bd8e thank you for creating a post over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance, I can do an account review to see what the cost would be for Xfinity Internet & Voice (VOIP) service. From experience, I know when looking to remove a service, the options online or through the Xfinity App are limited and usually don't provide the option to proceed with an order.

Since I will need to gather some information to locate your account that we don't want here in our public conversation, when you have time please send a direct message.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
