Motorola MT8733 no dial tone but has 2 MAC addresses to register
I connected my Motorola MT8733 with the Xfinity app. Internet is fine but has no dial tone, the Voice is not working. Motorola Customer Service is great with a 2 minute wait. They said the Voice will not be activated by the Xfinity app, that I have to have a real person activate it because the MT8733 has two MAC addresses, a CM MAC and a MTA MAC. I tried entering the MAC address manually using the Xfinity app but it didn't work. Help me get the Voice working. Thank you
