Comcast sabotaged my plan
I Signed up for the top tier internet plan online to get a 200$ Amazon coupon. Self install. After 2 weeks of slow internet order a technician to come out. I leave work 5 hours early only for him to no show. I found out today that I'm not entitled to the 200$ Amazon coupon because the lady at the store canceled my previous plan I ordered online and replaced it with one that had a measily-10$ discount which is against the reason why I initiated the plan. At this point I want a free month or a heavily discounted month cause of the poor service

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
