Thanks for posting those screenshots. We're not seeing those ports on any blocked list. Have you done any troubleshooting on your end? (Turn off antivirus, lower firewall settings, etc.)

I’ve never used Norton or xfinity vpn, but I do have a MacBook Pro, an iPad and an iPhone. The only malware/ antivirus/vpn I would suggest is MalewareBytes Premium. If you check with Apple Care they would tell you the same.
