Cancel TV Portion of My Plan
I initially signed up with a bundled plan about four years ago with internet and the limited basic cable plan. I'm unable to remove it myself and based on these posts, it looks like I will need to send a direct message to a representative. However, I do not have the option to send a direct message as outlined here:
