App isn’t working whatsoever

Lost my Platinum Rewards status after Moving

Need a $5.29 credit still on an erroneous franchise fee
I just paid the latest bill (which should be $102 = $95 contractual rate including all fees and taxes + $7 storm ready monthly charge) at $108.49. This was after some of the mistakes were credited. I still need the $5.29 franchise fee credited. The $108.49 was $6.49 too high. Next month should be $1

Choppy TV picture on X1 boxes
