App isn’t working whatsoever

I’ve been trying to unpause my desktop the past week. When I go into the app there is no where to access it anymore. How do I fix this? I have already deleted and redownloaded the app and updated it nothing changes.

Just word if advice for anyone else we just restarted the modem and it fixes everything thanks for the help.
