Rewards?

I'm replying to this post because I'm unable to locate the proper place to post a complaint - here's my complaint:  Why bother insulting customers with the useless and crummy rewards? Whoever thinks these things up doesn't live in the everyday world. Maybe a simple $10 off our bill would make more sense.

You're offering help for what?  My statement doesn't require help or hand holding.  My statement was a credible suggestion.  It would be nice to know that it was taken seriously.
