Apple tv app not working after new cable box
I have an apple tv subscription paid for by Tmobile. I swapped out my cable box and apple tv app wouldn't load - stuck on the logo. I read that you could go into xfinity and delete local history to solve the problem. It worked but now when I log in to the Apple tv app it says I don't have a subscription. Tmobile support says I do and it's apple's fault. Apple tv support says it's T mobile's fault. After 2 hrs bouncing back and forth they think it is an xfinity problem, maybe stemming from the deleting local history? Any ideas?
