There is ANOTHER outage in my area, this happens far too often! I pay my bill in full every month and don’t get service for the whole month, I would like a credit. This is ridiculous!

Good morning, @user_8wc76y thank you for taking time out of your day to create a post. Working from home myself, I completely understand the frustration when services aren't working properly. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and we only want you to pay for service you're able to use.
We've made requesting credits for times service is interruption easier, you can visit the Xfinity Assistant and request a credit or visit the great Status Center as well by checking the map and entering your address:

Checking the status center and Xfinity App from a mobile device during an interruption, you can get notifications for work completion and get communications. If you still continue to have service issues after work completion, the Xfinity App is also great to troubleshoot. If the system still detects issue it can't resolve remotely it will recommend scheduling a technician visit.
