Why does my internet install keep getting pushed aside (103 days and counting now)?
I made my first request for new internet service to be installed 103 days ago. The underground burial was run to the wrong building and numerous techs have come out to the property. A few weeks ago the entire process was started over again and the technician installed the exterior box on the building. During install - the technician hit an electrical line in my wall and cut power to indoor lighting. I was told that his boss would reach out to me to file a claim and no one has reached out to me still at this point. On top of the damage and no return call - no one has come out to bury a new cable line under the road to the correct building. I reached out today and there were no open tickets for installing service to my address.103 days later and I am still no closer to getting service and I had to pay an electrician $300 to repair the damaged line in my wall.
